全國科技法律研討會已邁入第十三年。今年全國科技法律研討會將以科技結合法律之發展為主軸，並以法律結合科技領域議題為經，國際與台灣法律理論與實踐為緯。內容則包括相關科技法律基本議題、 國際科技法學的發展趨勢，以及當下最熱門的科技法律時事議題，以為近年來科技法律演變之審視與對未來之前瞻。
